NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Notice is hereby given that the 2008 Annual General Meeting of the Association will be held at 7 p.m. on Friday 14th March 2008, at 3rd Floor HDB Nexus. (Any change in the date will be advised by email and on Toucanet.)

Agenda

To receive and adopt the minutes of the 2007 Annual General Meeting of the Association held on Friday 9th March 2007. (The minutes were circulated with SA News Issue 1/07.)
To receive and adopt the report of the President for 2007 (included as the editorial to this issue of SA News).
To receive and adopt the Audited Accounts for the Financial Year ending 31st December 2007. (If the accounts cannot be ready for inclusion in this issue they will be circulated at the AGM and included in a subsequent issue.)
To elect officers and committee members for the 2008 to 2010 term.
To Elect Honorary Auditors for the Financial Year ending 31st December 2008. (Note: The honorary auditors for 2007 are Ricky Purnomo and Catherine Tong.)
Any Other Business which may be transacted at a general meeting.
