Notice is given that the 2010 Annual General Meeting of the Scrabble Association will be held as soon as practicable after the conclusion of the 2010 Lim Boon Heng Cup at Jurong Green CC, estimated to be about 5.30 p.m.

To consider and if thought fit adopt the minutes of the 2009 Annual General Meeting. The minutes were published in the 2009 1Q issue of SA News.
To approve the accounts for the year ended 31 December 2009. Should the accounts not be available before this issue goes to print they will be circulated to members initially by email and then at the meeting, and published in the next issue.
To elect officers and committee members to hold office until the conclusion of the 2012 Annual General Meeting. Those interested in serving in any capacity please advise the President or Secretary.
To elect two Honorary Auditors for the year to 31 December 2010. SA thanks the Auditors for 2009, Ricky Purnomo and Arul Inthirarajah.
Any other Business.
