NOTICE AND AGENDA OF THE 2014 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Notice is hereby given that the 2014 AGM of the Association will be held on Saturday 15 March 2014 at 5.30 p.m. at 'The Colony', Scape (as soon as practicable after the conclusion of the tournament on that day):

To consider and adopt the minutes of the 2013 Annual General meeting.
These were included on page 20 of the first quarter 2013 issue of SA News.
Matters Arising
To approve the Audited Accounts for the financial year ended 31 December 2013.
The accounts are not completed as at print time and will therefore be circulated by email and at the meeting. The Association's bank balance at the end of December 2013 stands at $11,058.93 (2012: $11,817.70).
To elect officers and committee members to serve until the conclusion of the 2016 Annual General Meeting.
To elect two Honorary Auditors for the financial year to 31 December 2014.
The Association thanks Sharon Chia and Mahendra Morghan for acting as Honorary Auditors for 2013.
