2015 AGM notice and agenda

Notice is given that the 2015 Annual General Meeting of the Scrabble Association will be held at 7 p.m. at HDB Nexus on Friday 27^th March 2015.

Matters Arising
To consider and adopt the minutes of the 2014 Annual General Meeting.
These were circulated in the 2014 1Q issue.
To approve the Audited Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2014.
To confirm the appointment of K Dorai Raja and Toh Weibin as ordinary committee members.
The next election is due in 2016. SA thanks Winston Gwee who will be stepping down from the committee after several years of serving the youth interests particularly, and Dorai and Weibin have consented to serve on the committee as ordinary members. It is convenient to effect this change at the AGM.
To elect two new Honorary Auditors for the year to 31 December 2015.
Many thanks to Serene Ngu and Shahrul Kamal for serving as Honorary Auditors for 2014.
