Dear SA members,

Please note of a change in the time of our AGM. It will start at 6:30pm (and NOT 7:30pm).
Also please note of an update in the agenda about President's report for the year ended 2024 (item #3).

NOTICE is given that the 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Scrabble Association will be held at 6:30 p.m. on Saturday 22 March 2025 at Nanyang Technological University (NTU) Hall of Residence 8.

Agenda

1. Matters arising

2. To consider and adopt the minutes of the 2024 AGM, which were circulated by email.

3. To receive President's report for the year ended 31 December 2024

4. To approve the Audited Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2024.

5. To elect a Treasurer and a Secretary for a one-year term (2025-2026)

6. To elect two new Honorary Auditors for the year to 31 December 2025, with thanks to Marten Bjorkman and J. Jeyaseelan for serving as Honorary Auditors for 2024.

7. Any other business

NOTES

Any member interested in volunteering as 2025 Auditor is encouraged to email secretarytoucanet.com, before the AGM date.
